Help & support

Let’s get you
back on track.

Start with a quick answer for your settings, floating window or existing purchase.

Restore an existing purchase.

Open NoMo’s membership screen and choose Restore below the scientific explanation, next to Terms and Privacy. Use the Apple Account that made the original purchase.

If a purchase does not appear immediately, check your connection and retry. Do not buy the same lifetime membership again just to restore access.

Find your floating window.

Start an active ride before choosing Picture-in-Picture. Check device support and system settings, and pause other video playback if needed.

Follow the Picture-in-Picture steps.

Change your cue settings.

Open Settings in NoMo to choose a cue style, color, size, sensitivity or display preset. Lower intensity or stop the session if the movement feels uncomfortable.

Learn what the display presets change.

Manage weekly billing.

Apple manages your subscription. Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions to view or cancel a recurring NoMo plan. Lifetime purchases do not renew weekly.

More answers.

Can Siri start NoMo?
You can ask Siri to open NoMo. Start the ride inside the app; opening NoMo with Siri does not automatically begin a session.
Will NoMo work for everyone?
No outcome is guaranteed. People respond differently to visual motion cues. NoMo is not a medical treatment. If you feel worse, stop using the screen; seek medical advice for persistent or severe symptoms.
Can I use it while driving?
No. NoMo is for passengers. Do not use it while driving or operating a vehicle.
