Picture-in-Picture

Keep your cues.
Switch your app.

NoMo’s Picture-in-Picture mode puts visual motion cues in a small floating window while you use another app.

A SMALL WINDOW, ON YOUR TERMS

Make room
for what’s next.

The floating window is separate from a full-screen system overlay. Its size, position and availability follow iOS Picture-in-Picture behavior.

Start Picture-in-Picture.

  1. Open NoMo and start a ride.
  2. Tap Picture-in-Picture near the bottom of the ride screen.
  3. Switch to another app. Keep the NoMo window in a position that is comfortable for you.
  4. Return to NoMo to change your ride settings or end the session.

A few things to know.

Picture-in-Picture depends on device and iOS support and may be affected by other media playback or system settings. Some NoMo features require membership. Check the current app for availability.

It is not a guarantee that cues can cover every screen or that another app will never interrupt the window. The illustration above shows the idea, not a live iOS screen recording.

If the window does not appear.

  • Start an active ride before choosing Picture-in-Picture.
  • Check that your iPhone supports Picture-in-Picture and that the feature is permitted in Settings.
  • Return to NoMo and try again. If another video is playing, pause it first.
